Refund policy
Whether an order can be refunded depends mainly on whether the underlying road product has already been issued.
Before fulfillment
If we have not yet arranged your vignette, contact us and we will cancel the order and refund you in full, including our service fee.
After fulfillment
Once a vignette has been registered to your licence plate it generally cannot be cancelled or transferred, so the official fee is not recoverable. Contact us and we will tell you what is possible in your specific case.
If we cannot fulfil your order
If we are unable to arrange the product you paid for, you receive a full refund, including our service fee.
